Meet the Founder
I’m Brad Guldemond, the founder of the CPG Guy. I’ve worked in almost every corner of the food and beverage industry: from small family-owned operations to billion-dollar distributors and high-growth startups. Over the years, I’ve seen too many brands fail. Not because the product wasn’t good, but because the business model, pricing, or operational plan couldn’t survive real-world conditions. Those are all things that could’ve been shared with these founders well before it was too late.
CPG Guy was created to change that. This platform is where I share those lessons into actionable, no-fluff resources. Whether you’re figuring out how to price for distributors, managing your first trade spend program, or deciding when to scale into retail, the goal is the same: help you make the right move at the right time.
